Hora & Little Venice Mykonos

The island capital, Hora, offers a colourful harbour, with a long tradition, as all of the island towns of the Aegean Sea. “Little Venice” is a charming district and offers a glimpse of the Venetian architecture on the island in the old homes of the island’s sea captains. It is built on the rocks and lashed by wind and sea. Two beautiful churches of interest are the Panagia Paraportiani in the Castro district and the Cathedral of Agios Stefanos in the town. The island’s famed beaches include Psarou, Kalafatis, Platys Yialos, Ornos, Elia and Panormos, which welcome lovers of the sea.
